Properties: No odor. Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, CS2. Partly soluble in alcohol, diethyl ether, CCl4 , insoluble in water, gasoline and alkali with lower concentration. Meeting hot water becomes to dimethyl ammonium and CS2. Be sensitive to skin and stable storage.
Uses: A fast-curing primary or secondary accelerator for NR,SBR, nitrile and EPDM. Closely resembles TMTD in its applications. Be less scorching and blooming, good processing safety. Be used in CR as an anti-scorching agent. The efficiency sulphur content is 11%.It is also used as raw material for germicide, pesticide and medicine.
